BLC won't work on WIN98

[color=#000000ost_uid10]I know i'm probably the only one with this problem but i recently got a new comp and BLC does not work on WIN98.....it seems to run fine on the old comp that i have but whenever i decide to play blc on the new one, the game only goes up to the coin toss scene and thats it....the game doesnt crash but both players just keep standing after the toss up....does anyone know why this must be happening?? also i have win2k as well on the same comp and that one doesnt even run the game....any help will be appreciated....thanx[/color]

<span style='color:#000000ost_uid0'>I've seen discussions about this elsewhere, the solution is something to do with audio acceleration. Run "dxdiag" and see if you can disable it

go to settings, turn off music, exit blc, restart computer.
should work.
