Ok, with tournaments nearing us, we are going to have a different practice sessions for this. And it's very secret too.
Here we go.. There are three basic things which we are going to follow :
1) appropriate exercise prescription
2) Choosing appropriate diet to keep us healthy.
3) Keeping us injury-free.
In exercises, we have to build our physique extremely strong. Even in real life, Indian cricket players physique is nothing when compared to Aussies and SouthAfricans.
So, lets concentrate on forearms, biceps, triceps regularly with running exercise. This will increase our strength as well as our running between wickets.
Morning 6-8:00 -- Exercises( 3 days a week) and meditation.( 2 days a week) Daily exercise might cause frequent injuries.
Morning 8:00- 8:30 -- Running Exercise
Evening 4:00- 6:00 -- Net practice
Night 9:00-9:30 -- Throwing practice
Every Sunday : Beach cricket followed by tug of war game!
If we follow this, definitely we should become a tough team to beat compared to the activeness of other teams. Com'on Brigades!!!!
When you reach this line, hope you got aware of the secret techniques which I spoke about. Let's not reveal to anyone.
OK GG you are best batter among us even though you are rookie. You will be facing me in net practice as Im not picking much wickets though I have been economical.
Have anyone of our team mates had tried to highlight the big blank area in my previous post and saw what was there? I expected some to find that.. but it seem it didn't happen.
