Bowling Rules for Cricket2004

Hai to everybody.. I am using the cricket 2004 for many months. But I didnt tried to make bowling. I am not able to bowl properly. There is no proper guidence which tells me how to bowl. Even then also I tired, but all the ball which I bowled are going NO BALL.... Can anyone help me? Guide me how to Bowl...
