There was an explanation that was given on TV. That her hair was a symbol of her fame (her famous blonde locks) and that the act of shaving her hair off was an expression of rejection to the fame she has aquired.

I think it's a break down, not media attention. She doesn't need the attention does she? She's in every magazine as it is at the moment.

I heard a different explanation on tv..that her ex kev(whatever his name is) threatened that they could test for drugs in hair..cos of the custody battle for her kid..and thats why she went the shave
