i use IE6,i have SP 2 installed that has a builtin pop up blocker
i have ticked always allow pop ups from planetcricket.org..Pop Up Filter Level High,Ctrl To override Pop ups & it is not giving me any pop ups like as you said,its working fine for me..i am not getting any pop ups like you mentioned
