Camera Editor/patchmaker Download

it appears that different camera names render different things - good job HB!

So the reverse camera renders the stadium, but the default camera doesn't, so you may have to edit the according cameras depending on what your camera will show.

Try the line:

Direction FACE_Z_AXIS or
Direction FACE_X_AXIS or
Direction FACE_Y_AXIS

as I think this restricts which directions the camera will look.

Someone should create an umpire cam, but replace the reverse camera so the stadium doesn't dissappear!

Can lot post some screenshots of what you have done, or even videos so I can help people/learn about the cameras and see how it's all going? That would be great, as I can never do as much testing as 500 forum members can!

Cheers

I have now been able to convert the above camera to the umpire camera.
and just zoomed the "fielding action camera" a bit.

And U can C stadium in "above camera"

Here is cfg file.

Here are some screens

Default (TV style) camera before the ball bounced

and, a little later (it has not bounced yet)
I think you can notice the change

This is the recently added umpire camera(above)

Stadium is visible.

Sehwag's square cut in zoomed action camera (in the outfield)

Lastly, the bowler camera which I now have replaced with umpire camera.
That's all. Don't mind the grafix as i don't use a good program to convert bmp to jpg.

This one before bowler begins.

That's really impressive. You've certainly got to grips with it well. To stop the bowler cam from wiggling like you said, try Direction FAC_X_AXIS or the others, as this will resrict the wobbling.

I'm going to have to download these!!

Umpire camera is very impressive. Perhaps zoom out a bit so you can see the bowler a bit earlier?

Brilliant work

It may be done but it would make the umpire visible.

I tried it but it appears it changes nothing.
