Can you play LAN games?

I don't see why not... I'm sure the game can be played over hamachi too.

Couldn't you just type the subnet IP of the other computer in, and basically just trick it in to thinking it is doing online play?

But will it not authenticate with the server? More so to keep the pirates off??

LAN Play?

I was under the impression Ashes Cricket 2009 had LAN play but I can't seem to find it.... Looks like it's only got Online Multiplayer?

I cannot see anyway this game could be played over a LAN without some serious modification. The online multiplayer has to go through Transmission/Codemasters authentication server and their poor attempt at an online environment.
