can you put your custom players in international team

can you put your custom players in international and if so how and also can you play your custom squad in the game and how also ( thanks if you can help )

hey mate

if you are on ps3 you go on to custmise squad you pick your team and you have to say bye bye to a different player and then you press square and change him with someone in the team.
