Career mode error ce-34878-0

Hello guys,
Would really appreciate your help with this - since the latest software update, whenever I go to the appearance/equipment section of the career mode , there game crashes and I get the following error ce-34878-0. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times but this issue persists. Kindly please help

And whats the update?? Was it ever fixed?? I am getting same error on career mode. I got the latest patch 1.06 in Canada. This game is full of bugs. I feel ripped off

You need to start over with the patch. My career is working.
