Caribbean Cup is a List A Cricket Cup in the West Indies started by the WICB. WICB stated that this would be a cup on the basis of the same teams that play in CPLT20.This cup is started for the betterment of West Indies Cricket in the ODI Format of the game,As the team is at eighth position.WICB Chairman Whycliffe Cameron stated that "New Talent will come forth with the start of this league every player will get a chance and it would be good for this league and for Cricket in West Indies." The same six CPLT20 teams will compete. Season 2 cancelled due to technical reasons.
