It will be better if we have a short draft going 1 each at a time preferably the second round of the draft being in the reverse order of how the managers picked in the first round. You can take a leaf out of Swirler's ZPL. He does it between the seasons and it helps keep things moving swiftly. Anyway, it should be like fresh season/league, fresh/different players.

That's actually fair for helping the weakened sides but it's way too unprofessional stuff. Team managers should have the rights to decide whom they want and whom they don't to be the part of their squad, and not the league admin.
