Yes. Into the grand final. Glad that I had to play Callum rather than Iridium now but I guess now is the time. All the bowlers took wickets and Deonarine finally batted well and de Villiers made a score as always and Edwards scored 49 to get us over the line

Ok, well I think a normal pitch is the fairest. My batting lineup isn't completely long and Shiv's been pretty unreliable this whole tournament so normally I can lose too many wickets even though my great bowling attack can normally keep teams to low totals. I don't mind Excellent or Normal pitches though as normally my top order can score runs pretty quickly and easy and then my bowlers can restrict them well enough. Anyway, should be a great final.

The Guyana Greats in particular will be keen to lift the silverware in front of there home crowds and will be boosted by the inclusion of South African batsman AB de Villiers. Guyana take on Grenda in the finals and the manager Hedge says - "I'm really looking forward to it. I remember helping out with other stuff members for Finals Day and the atmosphere was tremendous." We've got a good record in this season and that gives us plenty of confidence going into the Finals Day.
The Antigua & Barbuda Pirates manager Callum says about his side performance "It has been a frustrating season for us, but We've been playing well in one-day cricket recently and I'm delighted that the young national player Austin Richards have been able to play his part in getting us this far in the competition." While the other managers hope to do well in the next season.

Golems tightened their grip on Credit Suisse 50 over with a 22-run victory over Greats at Georgetown that owed much to Shillingford's explosive 4-fer in the Finals
Guyana Greats won the toss and decided against the trend of the day to field, with Grenada Golems setting off at a tremendous pace with an opening partnership of 51 between Gilchrist and Hughes. The Golems stumbled close to the line when Hughes was caught by Anderson. Ponting top-scored with 69 to haul Golems to a respectable total of 248/8 while Benn taking Benn. Adam Gilchrist anchored a well-paced innings, his fourth half-century of the season before Emrit managed to rap his wicket. Ponting's efforts backed up an excellent bowling effort from left-arm spinner Benn, who took 3-29 to take his season tally to almost 28 - the most by a slow bowler in the competition - and restrict the Greats. Golems were indebted to an unbroken third-wicket stand of 104 from 108 balls between Ponting and Sarwan.
Benn struck with his first ball with the wicket of Hughes and then removed the dangerous Sarwan when he won the lbw appeal and Morkel then held a couple back to have Ponting taken by Fletcher behind. And then bowlers had sparked a mid-order collapse.However, They applied themselves sensibly to ensure that Golems posted a competitive total.
Chasing 248 on a tricky Georgetown pitch, Greats needed 50 off the last 5 overs of the game with three wickets remaining.
