Here is the Pakistan World Cup Kit. The only problem with it though, is that the names on the back of the shirt blends in with the kit maybe if someone knows how to change the colour of the names on the shirt i can fix this.

Oh I'm sure there was a download I'm sure somewhere on this website that allowed you to change the name and number colour.
