Also it disadvantages those leagues who base their team structure around a set number of international players (whether it be 4 or 5). Like my WstnPL team had 5 internationals and I've had to cut 2 out and replace them with fringe domestic players, weakening my team.

bcvs' team (the NZPL team I'm managing) only has two New Zealand batsmen, so with only three overseas players it's more or less impossible to play an overseas bowler, as you have to play the two New Zealand batsmen, then three overseas batsmen, otherwise Franklin/Vettori will be batting at 5/6.

It's a pretty big difference going down from 5 -> 3.

Ohk then.. I don't mind you all playing 4 overseas player. Change your lineup then actually had something in mind like 4 overseas from the Semi Final stage and really wanted all domestic talent to come out as I said earlier but I don't have any issue if managers want 4 overseas player..

BTW on the first post you've got Swann down in one team as a bowler, and in another team as an AR, and you've got Ryder down in bcvs' team as a batsman, and in another team as an AR.

I advice you base these on your ratings, e.g. if someone's batting rating is above 'x', then I'll class him as an AR, and if someone's bowling rating is below 'y', then I'll class him as an AR, at least that's what I think is the best way to class players on the first post.

^Graeme Swann is Greame Swann for whichever team he plays. I don't think that his skills are more/less when he plays for England/Notts. So I thinkt hat the rating of the players should be same whichever team they play.
