There is no restrictions for the Warm-up matches. During the the main matches there will be a maximum of four International players allowed. I think it gives the local players more impact on results.

Finally let me know if you have any questions about clashes. (or anything else) Where there is no clear alignment, for more than one player the home team (bolded & underlined) will have first choice of players. That hopefully will even everything out during the competition.
