The whole thread seems to be dead and personally I'm not too keen on taking over someone elses league as my own in my first attempt . Would be willing to start up my own English league though if that was of any assistance here?

I've been a part of CL few times now. I can confirm that only 50 over nation based leagues qualify for PC CL.
