Coaching advice

ahh! got some tip for u
if he is very aggressive,,,thn use him at 3 in one dayer(not if u loose an early wicket)
he seems to be pretty expensive (5.11 per over!)
so better bowl him from 20-40...!!!
just finish off his 10 as quickly as possible
and as this point just improve his batting coz he is looks more like a batting allrounder...!!!

This is how he is doing in 2016. Unfortunately he gets picked for england for one days, recently i gave him a run in the side and in his last 2 seasons he has taken lots of wickets, he averaged 23 last season with the ball but didnt do well with the bat. His one day performances have improved alot recently, hitting quickfire 30s and 40s down the order and taking 7-28 in the semi final of the fp trophy

whats he doing in the team???? he has only hit 1 half century in 116 games and his bowling average is 33! drop him!

oh sorry i was looking at his international career. i still think u should drop him though! his averages are still really bad!!

i dont think he will drop him...he seems to be his fav. player(off topic:what do u mean by text speech???)

I dont usually play him, hence why he hasnt played many games for me. I have been forced to play him recently because of 6 players called up for england duty and a few injuries, but i agree with everyone else he should be dropped from the england one day squad but he wont be, i think he had a good world cup and thats made him a undroppable player until a better allrounder comes along. I think its quite realistic because england do look for allrounders in real life for odi's eg yardy, dalrymple, swann, mascarhenas

right that's just worst situation we have to face in this game.
