Complaint : Tasteless image in Social Group

The said group has a picture of a burning Indian flag which is disrespectful, tasteless and horrible. The group is targeted at persons who hate the Indian cricket team and that is purely their personal preference. But by bringing in nation-specific items like the flag of the country, it is taking things a bit too far in my opinion.

The user may put a logo of BCCI instead of Indian flag if he wish. I expect he has the basic intelligence to distinguish between cricket teams and countries.

They have a valid point though. The majority of Indian fans on here are so arrogant and ignorant of any kind of humbleness that when the Indian cricket team actually gets beaten the rest of us do raise a cheery smile knowing we won't have go through pages and pages about how Sachin Tendulkar is the second coming, how Mahendra Singh Dhoni is an erection in human form and how Harbahjan Singh is a lovely young man.

Plus World Champions definitely is a bell.

1. I vehemently oppose idiots who bring countries into cricket matches.
2. Any form of flag burning etc are absolutely condemnable and whatever be the nationality, I would always oppose it.

Lovely. We're all sorted then. The burning flag was a piece of immature taste brought on by the frustrations of large sections of this board with the characteristics and posting styles of many Indian fans on this board.

Maybe, owner of the group(Ben I suppose)would have done it by mistake. If he had done it wantedly, he would not have changed to a new logo after spotting that as a mistake.

So, Things solved now. I think the thread has had its purpose.

Plus, what's this got to do with racism? Pakistan and India have conflicts over border issues and not racism.
