From the last few years, the "ultimate" form of cricket, test cricket is dying. There has been just too much of t20 cricket but finally ICC has taken a step in the right decision. They have decided that enough of Indian Premiere League and in place of Indian Premiere League , a new league will take place, International Premiere League. This league will be based on test cricket and not on t20 cricket, a great news for people who still love watching test cricket.

This league will basically have one "city" participating from the top 8 countries, according to ICC's rankings. Like India, Delhi or Australia, Sydney. Each team will be managed by a owner, obviously. A total of 8 teams will be participating in this league. Teams as mentioned earlier, will be top 8 teams according to ICC's rankings. India, South Africa, Australia, Sri Lanka, England, Pakistan, New Zealand and West Indies. Each country will have one owner and that owner will decide which city he wants from that team, just 1 city from each country will be part of this league, which makes this league balanced and exciting.

Cricksim will be used as sim for this league. Each team will have a squad of 18 players. Out of those 18, at least 6 players should be of the country you're owner of. Like for an Australian team, 6 Australian players must be their in the 18 men squad. Those 6 players can be the players who have played international cricket for their country or have only played domestic cricket.
