Let me explain one thing, after the first season, the league will split into two divisions and that is why some offers have the condition of staying in league 1.

First offers from sponsors (I know not all teams have an offer):

Let me explain one thing, after the first season, the league will split into two divisions and that is why some offers have the condition of staying in league 1.

That isn't how it should work, otherwise the league champions could end up in Division 2. You can't have a sponsorship deal that garuntees you Division 1 cricket next season, it's not realistic.
