Make that team Bot team now and then assign players on random. Then give it to someone who wants later?

to be honest, you've already got 11 teams, that's quite a lot for a brand new league.

Next step is regarding sponsors, each team must choose a sponsor to add to the original bulk of money shown below. A sponsor will make an offer to the team and the manager must either accept the offer from the sponsor or hold out for a better deal. Here are the original money bulks:

How will we come to know which sponsor will give how much?
 
You'll have to guess (basically it's common sense - an indian company won't give as much to an english club then an english company - some is just luck as this comes off another piece of software aswell)

You don't get to choose the sponsor, the sponsor makes you an offer
