config editor help needed...

whenever i try to edit a cfg file(for example the stroke difficulty for humans) and try to import it using config editor, it doesnt let me. I get this error

"wrong file size"

what am i doing wrong??? thanks a bunch for answering

p.s. sorry if it is as stupid question as I am a newb.

edit: the exact error im getting is "file size too long"

u should edit correctly mate for eg if it has 7.000, after editing to 6.5 u should leave it like this 6.500 and not 6.5, maybe u r doing such mistake rectify it buddy

Make sure you're using Config Editor 3 as well.

yes im editing it properly for example if it is 0.008967, i change it to 0.000054 it still does not work. And yes I am using config editor 3 the last time i checked. I will try it again. Thanks for the help though.
