Control Pad Help for Fifa 07

Yeah hi guys,
I want help to setup my gamepad so that i can use the Right thumbstick to use as the Skill Stick in Fifa 07. Atm it doesnt do anything, so i cant do any tricks in Fifa 07, Anyone know what to do.

Its a Logic 3 Gamepad jus like a ps2 controller basically..
