I keep losing my created players and squad managment, I save and load and it gone , does any 1 have answers

After you create a new player,do save your profile as well as roster,and if u have multiple profiles and rosters,make sure that your active roster is the one you saved the player with,if u do these u shdnt be having any probs.

I do but he doesn't show up

do oyu have the xbox version? i have that and you cant save created players or anything for that matter
