13. Mumbai Indians:- Somerset
14. Delhi Daredevils:- Surrey
15. Deccan Chargers:-Sussex

As there are 18 English teams and 17 ( 9 ICL and 8 IPL)teams I am going to replace the last team with PCXI( Idea by Kieron(Giggity Giggity)). I will give the 20 players for PCXI very soon.
