Cricket 2004 Online World Cup

Hi guys, a new online tourie is goign to start up. This time it will be a world cup.

The host nation will be Australia/New Zealand

The rules will be a lot the same as the knockout comp:-
50 overs, hard difficulty, and u have to post your screenshots ect........

There will be three main things used in the tournie:-
Sam's edited .exe.
Ravi's latest AI Patch (it is currently 8 but if a new one comes out it will be used)
and for the first time in a Cricket 2004 tournament;
The Line-Up Editor.

With the line-up editor u will be required to post your starting line-up in the match topic, before the match is played.
This will include your 11 batsman, 6 bowlers and a captain.
Then once both sides have posted their line-ups, they must put them both into their own roster.pak file.
Failure to put the correct line-ups in ends up in a loss to your team.

The world Cup tournie will be played much the same as the real world cup, depending on numbers.

A topic for registration and another one for downloads required will be posted.

I actually don't know if the World Cup on the game has a Super Six stage, but the proper World Cup does.

Yes there will be a super six stage, and it doens't matter if it is in the game's world cup mode or not because u will do the actually playing part in the 'play now' mode.

Hey Radaga, I never used the line up Editor. How does it work. Is there a thread that I can read to learn how to use it? What does it do anyway? I haven't read the main forum for a while. Just mainly been looking at the Online Play Forum.

The line up editor..... edits line ups

The default's for each team and the 6 bowling options.
Just open your roster.pak file with it and change what you/ your opponent want's to be changed. It's pretty self explanitory.
