The teams for the World Cup have finally been finalised.
So this means we can start very soon.
The following 4 things must be downloaded to play in the world cup:
*Sam's Edited EXE. (get from www.planetcricket.org and go to the downloads section)
*Ravi's AI Patch version 8. (get it form the topic named: 'downlaods needed for world cup', version 8 will be used because version 9 is still being worked on. Remmeber to back-up your original .gob file)
*Shailesh's Save Tweak version 2. (get from www.planetcricket.org and go to the downloads section)
*Prakash's Line-up editor. (get from www.planetcricket.org and go to the downloads section)
RULES:

Here is a low-down of the rules:
The Patch's and editors posted above must be used where required.
Game must be played in Hard Mode
All matches are 50 over One Dayers.
Each person will be given 7 days each to complete their innings.
You must post your teams line-up at least 1 day before the match is scheduled to start.
You must play using the correct line-ups posted by yourslef and the opposing team.
You will be required to post your save game file after your innings is completed.
Sam's EXE will be used instaed of the default exe. (sam's exe doesnt require the CD)
Screenshots must be posted, the following will be required:
Scorecard, Batting Stats, Bowling Stats, Manhattan and Worm.
If you fail to comply with just one of those rules you will loose your match and points will be awarded to the opposing team.
Line-Up Editor:

The line-Up Editor will be used the following way:
Before each match you will be required to post your strating line-up. This will include your 11 players in batting order and your 6 bolwers posted below it, also your captain must be marked and who you wish to wicketkeep.
e.g:
Starting Line-Up:

3. c.player (c)
4. d.player (wk)
5. e.player
6. f.player
7. g.player
8. h.player
9. i.player
10. j.player

Bowlers:

After this information has been posted both teams will be required to input the line-up into their roster.pak file (located in My Documents/EA Sports/Cricket 2004/'user name')
using the line-up editor.
If the correct teams are not used by a team then they wil loose the match.
SaveTweak:

The SaveTweak lets you sawp the controls around, so once you have finisehd your innings and posted your save game file, the oppsosition downlaods the save game file and puts it into their user directory (located in My Documents/EA Sports/Cricket 2004/'user name') then using SaveTweak u can open the save game file and swap the teams.
Thats about it, but if i have missed anything please feel free to post it.
