Toronto are a very solid overall side, and when the side includes players like Ben Stokes and Kagiso Rabada; they are almost unstoppable.
Ben Stokes not only leads the tournament in the number of runs scored, but also has the most 50s of anyone in the tournament.
Kagiso Rabada despite being a lower order batter, has an average of 52.5, with a high score of 61 not out. He has been a very welcome addition to the lower batting card. Rabada also has more wickets than any other player in the tournament so far, with 19. Since week 2 Rabada has been in the lead for MVP of the tournament, and no one has even come close to beating him for that title.
Toronto won their last encounter with Regina so they will feel like they can win it again.
Weakness:
Despite scoring the only century of the tournament, David Warner has not performed well in the rest of his matches. In their last encounter against Regina Warner was gone for a duck.
Virat Kohli, the captain for Toronto has not had the best tournament. His best score of 46 came in the first match and since then he hasn't managed to get a better score. In his last match against Regina he only scored 1 run.
Aiden Markram and Rishabh Pant also have not performed up to their standard in this tournament. However, despite that Toronto has stuck with them.
Other than Rabada, Toronto's bowling unit leaves much to be desired.
Regina Phalange
Playing XI:
Monank Patel
Chris Gayle
Joe Root
Hiral Patel
Shakib al Hasan
Cameron Gannon
Jofra Archer
Pat Cummins
Harsh Thaker
Mohammad Amir
Imran Tahir
Strengths:
While Regina don't have individual performing stars like Toronto, what they do have are players that work together as a team.
Regina have made two shocking changes to their lineup, dropping the captain Rohit Sharma and MS Dhoni. Neither were performing well with the bat and Regina has decided to bring in Monank Patel and Harsh Thaker in their place and Joe Root taking over as captain.
In their last match with Toronto, Regina managed to take the match to the last ball and just barely lost, so they will need to look at their performance and see what worked and what didn't work for them.
Shakib Al Hasan has been the MVP for Regina with both Bat and Ball and if performs in the final then Regina will feel like they have a great chance to win.
Weakness:
Was it the right decision to drop Rohit Sharma and MS Dhoni, both of whom were their top batting prospects before the tournament started? I guess we will have to wait and see.
MS Dhoni was the best performing wicket keeper of the tournament taking 10 catches and 1 stumping. Monank Patel will have huge shoes to fill and in a high pressure game at that.
Shakib despite being the go-to guy for Regina, did not perform in their last match against Toronto with the bat. He was out for a golden duck thanks to Rabada and was also quite expensive with the ball.
Monank Patel, where have you been this whole tournament?
Looks like Regina's decision to drop Rohit Sharma and MS Dhoni is working out for them at least for now.
Despite the early breakthrough by Josh Hazlewood, Joe Root and Monank Patel have blasted through the first 6 overs scoring 80 runs (Still not the highest scoring first 6 overs in the tournament)
Toronto need a breakthrough fast, at the rate these two are scoring it won't be long until they are batted out of the game.

Overs 7-16 highlights:
Just when all hope seemed lost for Toronto, out came Matthew Spoors and Saurabh Netravalkar have brought Toronto back into the game.
Shakib Al Hasan was able to pick up two important wickets in this session, but the two local players have weathered the storm.
Regina don't have any reviews left, while Toronto still has 2.
Should be an interesting final session. Toronto have 5 wickets in hand with two set batsmen but they need 50 runs to win.

Just a single Matthew Spoors couldn't quite connect with it, leaving 5 runs at the end.
Anything less than a 4 at this stage will result in Regina winning.
A 4 would result in a tie and a super over
A 6 would result in Toronto winning.
Any result is possible on the final delivery!
Pat Cummins rushes in with the ball.
Saurabh Netravalkar get a hit off the ball
The Ball is in the air racing towards the boundary. Looks like it might go all the way!!!!
Ball is in the air, but coming down fast.
And here comes Shakib Al Hasan racing towards the ropes running at the ball.
This could be close.
If Shakib can get a hand on this, he might stop it from going for a six
The ball gets closer and closer and Shakib runs faster and faster
Who will win? The ball or Shakib?
Shakib goes for a dive to try and reach for the ball

UNBELIEVABLE!!! SHAKIB AL HASAN HAS CAUGHT IT!!! REGINA WIN!!!
Overs 17-20 highlights:
And there it is folks, Pat Cummins was able to defend 19 runs off the last over and Regina have won the first Davison Cup trophy
Regina took a risk leaving out Rohit Sharma and MS Dhoni in the finals for the lesser experienced players, but that seems to have worked for them.
Heart break for Toronto as they were inches away from winning the trophy, only for it to slip away thanks to Shakib Al Hasan
