Cricket 2004 Slower than Cricket 2002?

For some reson mine is running really slow. It also slows down considerably and I have to restart my computer after every game. Is this the games fault or is it my computer?

I just want to konw if anyone ahs experienced this and if so, what is the best way to fix it?

I am running the game on a 2.4ghz Pentium 4, with 256MB of RAM and 64MB Video RAM, 30GB Hard Drive Space, 24x CD-ROM Drive.

anyway u can use ixspeed to speed up ur game ,
