Hi, I got this game today and for the moment I would say it runs on my PC. The only thing is, the gameplay is not fast or rather normal. The bowler comes in running pretty slowly(almost the speed of a TV replay), I can hit shots and after hitting the shots, the game is fast, I mean when I hit a four or something, the balls runs smoothly and the fielder running normally, also the animations are running normally i.e. the umpire making the "four" sign/gesture. What could be the problem? My PC meets the requirements fully. Also, games like Fifa 2004,Simpsons hit and run, Call of Duty and Medal Of Honor run perfectly on my PC so why not this particular thing...only that bowler thing is annoying...

Please do suggest something...
My cricket 2004 configuration has been set to:
800x600(32Bits)
Refresh rate: Default
Video Screen: Yes
Shadows: On
Force LOD: no
Texture filtering:Trilinear
Pitchdetail: Off
Gamma : 50%
Thank You. :(

640x480 (16BITS)

PITCH DETAIL (OFF)
GAMMA 50 %

well yes and they`ve told me to buy a 3d card and also increase the ram...so i`m doing that i am gonna buy a 3d card or a ge-force one and also around 256mb of ram cause i have WinXp and 128mb of ram so it needs more for WinXp

i also have fifa and all other games and they run well onmy Pc as well but not this one...and (why me ?) this thing camed to my mind as well.but what can i do..i`ll buy a ram in january and see if it works if doesn`t then i`ll try with a 3d card then it should definately work.

Abid i would recomend buying 3d card before the RAM, the problem you two are having has more to do with graphic card then the RAM.

The more irritating this is, my brother has a P4 1.7Ghz Win98 OS and 128 MB RAM and he has a SavagePro AGP card I think. It runs perfectly on his system and not mine. I also have WinXp, maybe that is the culprit?

Thank You.

Hello My specs,

Win Xp Home Edition
Intel Pentium 4 2.0 Ghz
128 MB RAM
Intel 82845G/GL Chip
32 MB VRAM
DirectX 9.0

Well, I am increasing the ram to 256 atleast if not 512 in about a day or so...maybe that..

Thank You.
