As there is no mention of HBStudios in the piece above, and the news they're using the graphics engine from Fifa for the Rugby, mean EA is doing the game themselves?

Hb Studios is doing the game, its on their web site. Now with the topic of Rugby using the graphics engine from Fifa, .....sweet! Rugby04 and Cricket04 looked quite similar, that would probably mean that Cricket06 will be using what the current Rugby is using .......
