I have 3dsmax 8
only use it for renders though.
If theres any tutorials or someone wants to give me a step by step guide i could have a go at making some stadiums.

Coz if its just one person it will take forever.
Im guessing it would take atleast 2 months to build a decent stadium in max.

Making a tutorial at making stadiums would be extremely hard. The best tip for making stadiums though is to play around with generic shapes and meshes. An aerial photo is always helps when making stadiums as well and make sure you have a clear outlook of the whole of the ground.

Maybe someone can go around the grounds and take some pictures ?

I'll do some for South African grounds now,

St George's Park, Port Elizabeth

End names: Duckpond End, Park Drive End

Newlands, Cape Town

Capacity: 25,000
End names: Wynberg End, Kelvin Grove End

Kingsmead, Durban

Capacity: 25,000
End names: Umgeni End, Old Fort Road End

New Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg

Capicity: 30,000
End names: Corlett Drive End, Golf Course End

SuperSport Park, Centurion

Capacity: 20,000
End names: Pavilion End, Hennops River End

Goodyear Park, Bloemfontein

Capacity: 20,000
End names: Loch Logan End, Willows End

Buffalo Park, East London

Capacity: 15,000
End names: Buffalo Park Drive End, Bunkers Hill End

As you know I am not an official member of TCP - yet. In the next couple of days I shall post pictures of the Sheikh Zayed Stadium - in 3D. Think of it as your unofficial Friday Screenz. The renders are looking good so far - I certainly hope it looks good ;)
