Yes, you can have a go if you like, but I think a few more clues will be needed. :) If nobody can get it within 18 or 19 questions, I'll provide a clue which might reveal the answer.

Ok, the clue is this:

He played domestic cricket in India in the 80s and had a very short international ODI career for an ICC associate nation in the early 90s.

That should give it away ;)

I just want to clarify a mistake I made in choosing the player (he doesn't satisfy the criteria of at least 5 international games). I didn't know the rule as I hadn't looked at the first post.

If that is not acceptable, I can just reveal the answer or you can just take a guess.

Since this one is probably too tough, I will let you have the answer and allow you to continue.

It was Riaz Hussein Poonawala. A guy who played domestic cricket for Maharashtra in the 80s and played a couple of ODIs against India and Pakistan at Sharjah in 1994 playing in the UAE side. He also played International matches (List A) against other associate nations. I was not sure whether his matches in the ICC trophy counted as international experience...

I thought it might be interesting, but maybe it was a bit too obscure a choice.

Possibly too obscure there for anyone to get, but still interesting

Whos go is it then?

It's your turn actually. I stepped in because you hadn't posted in a few days...
