Would be one hell of a job to manage a league with 12+ teams and there would be lot of matches too.

Does it include only English counties or domestic team from other countries too.

You can choose any players, so long as they have played FC cricket. Shouldn't be too bad. I would only do a few matches a day cos they'd take a while.

Well finally teams will be disadvantaged slightly from having a part time keeper

Yep, but I doubt anyone would use one unless their main keeper gets injured.
