Rules for the Secret Bidding:
1. Manager has to bid for at least one player in each round
2. Manager can bid for maximum of six players in each round
3. If the bid amount is between 100,000 and 1,000,000 then the bid amount should be in the multiples of 50,000 example (150k,200k,250k,300k,…..1000k)
4. If the bid amount is greater than 1,000,000 then the bid amount should be in the multiples of 0.1 million example (1 mil, 1.1, 1.2, … etc.)
5. If the bid is not successful, then the bid amount would be return back to the team’s account.
6. If more than one team bid for a player for the same amount, then the team which sends their bid at the earliest will get that player.
7. Minimum Bid Amount for any player is $100,000
8. Even if there is only one bid for a player, the team should pay whatever they had bid for that player.
9. There are totally 12 rounds and each round has 15 players (2 legends, 4 players with base price of 0.5 million and 9 other players).
Rules for submitting the secret bid:
1. Secret bid will be sent across to me by the managers through Private Messages (not visitor messages).
2. The PM should contain the player they are bidding and their respective bidding amounts.
3. Manager has to send the PM for one round starting from round 1, there will be separate secret bids for each round.
4. The deadline for submitting the secret bids would be 24 hrs from the time a round begins.
5. If a team has two managers both of them should be included in the Private Message.
6. The managers can change their bid till the results are computed for that round.
Right to match card:
Once the secret bidding results are announced, teams have an option of using Right to match card to retain their existing players for the price which they sold for in the Secret Bidding. The right to match card decision needs to posted in the thread within 24 hours after the announcement of the result.Right to match card cannot be used in the last round of the secret bidding. Each team can maximum use two right to match cards.
Mumbai Indians can spend upto 9.5 Million and all other teams can spend upto 8.5 Million in the secret bidding.

One Important note to all teams
Teams should bid for at least one player in all the rounds.
Lets take the example of Chennai Super Kings:
Now they got 6 players till round 1. There are 11 more rounds to go. So maximum they can get two players in round 2. If they get more than two players then I will select two players based on their order of preference.
So that number of rounds remaining and number of players maximum they can get will always match.
