Hello PC Member's. We have seen some great cricket simulators by Kshitz_Indian,Sohum and Syedhur Rehman.

This is my try for a cricket simulator which will simulate 20,30,50 Over's Game.

For the time being 20 Over's will be the only thing that can be played.

I am not an Expert in VB.net nor in other programming languages.

This is a Sim made in VB.net itself.

Features Included in V 0.1

--> Sim Games For 20 Over's
--> Save Scorecard

Features That Will Be Included In V 0.2

--> Commentary Of Ball By Ball

This sim will not allow you to create players nor teams.

This is an easy and quick sim where you enter team names in and click on simulate button and this will simulate the match result.

Player Creation and Team Creation Will Be Added in V 0.4 and V 0.5

V 0.3 will see stats tracking for a particular team

Will this will be useful or not i do not know but with my very basic knowledge this is the sim i am releasing. Any PC member who knows VB.NET wish to help me then please contact me VIA PM.

Yudi is going to help me but after V 0.1

Here are some of it's Screenies

Step 1 : Disclamiar Screen

Step 2 : Select Sim Mode : 20 Overs or 30 or 50 Over's

If you're making softwares there should be no such thing as a quick attempt. Wait, think, and then program, and once you're satisfied, release it. No one's on your tail to release it. I learned this the hard way, but that doesn't mean every one has to.

Moreover, why didn't you start the thread in the Cricket game Development forum / Miscellaneous Cricket forum? This is the PCCS forum.

It seems to be the trend here, I think. One of the member starts a certain thing and then others with half or no knowledge try to do the same thing. I can see this over-flowing like Cricket Leagues forum now.

I don't see why people are attempting so many sims. I like the idea of the Super Over sim but why try and create a sim that will not even be half of what Sohum's will be once it's completed.

I also agree with Kshitiz that they should not go in this forum.

looks like a good start, because you've got the base there already, would like to see player and team creation before stats tracking, because how can you track a team's stats if the team hasn't been created.
