Nope, no career mode is supposed to be in TAOC. LM and Jkartik has already specified it that it will not be present in TAOC. LM said that it would be a feature of future versions, not being added now.
Please Mark do not hold your breath else you'll die.
Because the game may take another decade to develop.:laugh:rtfl
