Is there any announcement coming for the teams that have been eliminated logically by continuous defeats? I know, TeamIndia players are already on way back to airport :)

There'll be one at the end of this final round in the form of a simple points table.

What a great bowling performance by our team, bowling out a side like Pakistan for 235 on an excellent pitch is some task. Not a great batting effort apart from Gibbs and Rhodes, but still I'm satisfied with our performance. Well done.

Our team has been in a prolific form and I hope we can continue with such form in the play-offs. South Africa always tend to miss out on the most important of days and I hope that's not the case here. :p

I hope Windies win the match against Australia so that we get to encounter them if we go through the first qualifying match.

Alright, we will go with the same lineup that we had in the last match. Meh, that is what happens when a player after sitting whole tournament on the bench plays a blistering knock ahead of a crucial game. Kalli to miss out. :(

Expecting the Proteas to lose against Pakistan tbh. Pakistanis have 5 good bowlers (Afridi was a pie-chucker back then AFAIK). They are a bunch of chokers and miracles don't happen often.

Glenn McGrath did a Bruce Reid which resulted in the match ending in a thrilling tie. West Indies however have managed to proceed to the final due to their higher placing in the points table and better head-to-head record against Australia in the tournament.
