place that .sct file outside Downloads folder... create a new folder for those files and try again...

One more thing is make sure the path is correct and there's no spaces after : or before or after /

Same error... could someone send how they put files in their files.txt and then after send a screenshot of the file path in file explorer?

You should send a screenshot of where your .Sct file is located that way we can show you what your path should be called

Thats not the full path.
Right click the file, go to properties (you may have to click show more options first if you're using windows 11) in the Location of the file it will tell you the path
