The new teams for season 2 will receive a slightly improved starter packs compared to those that were distributed in season 1 to retain some balance in the league.

You have put few teams along with user names. So, are those teams only for those people or new people can sign up with new team and logo?

We are looking for one more sign up for season 2 preferably if someone would like to participate :).
