Day night matches

I recently played a new zealand zimbabave tourand found out to my utter dismay that not even one of the ODI's i played in NZ were daynight.Later i did use the sav game tweak.
Is this a bug or is the day night version of the ODI only applicable to the world cup and exhibition,knockout matches? please explain

well not really a bug just somthing EA forgot... I mean if it's in the game it ain't in the game!!!!

I think it only works in exhibition games, that too if you don't save and reload in 2nd inning or reduce no of overs to less than 50.

and I was worrying about having day-night matches in the Australian summer I released a month back...
