does anyone is BLIC available in U.S.A. Is there anybody from USA. I really want this but from wat i have heard it will not release in america. can anybody help me out ?

It will work if its the PC version as NTSC/PAL doesnt apply for PC. If its a PAL version and you try and play it on an NTSC PS2 or XBOX it wont work though.

it is gonna work because i bought my game from south africa and south africa is PAL not NTSC so it will work

you can play Pal in canada unless u have a chip installed on your PS2/Xbox or if u have a multisystem PS2/Xbox

yeah but those are very dumb some good games won't work and theres no way to take out the chip it only reads "BURNED/Copied" cd's my friend had that and it gave him so much of problems

If you can afford to buy a computer, then you can afford to buy your games. Burning/copying is not cool.
