Round 1 Consists of selecting 2 local players so no one is getting any sort of advantage if you're not available at the time to pick round 2 can only start once the last manager to pick for round 1 has chosen their picks.

Can we have a buffer between rounds so when round 1 finishes no one can pick for another hour?

Pc champions league is for leagues which will fill the PC champions league team. While your league is 50 overs it's not nation based.

Or I am completely wrong.

Pc champions league is for leagues which will fill the PC champions league team. While your league is 50 overs it's not nation based.

Or I am completely wrong.

It is a nation based league just multiple different teams from different nations competing outcome would be a nation based team winning.
