Domestic Season Patch?

Hi everyone, I've been away from the scene for about a little less than a year now or so. I remember someone was doing a patch where he transferred the international teams to the English domestic season (or was it Australian) so you could play them as a league.

I tried a search but couldn't find it; could anyone point me to it?
