Indian Zonal Teams, the ones that are editable in this game, are already done by @wasteyouryouth, here:

I have shared Indian domestic teams. I decided to create them based on the zonal system with squads full of internationals and top domestic players from the Ranji Trophy and IPL. It's based on their domestic teams; MS Dhoni's East Zone is a bit shorter on the ground with internationals than others. But folks can swap, change, remove and add players as they wish.

I thought this would more interesting than just replacing the teams as they are on the disk. I've given them some custom kits too. Hope you enjoy it and it makes up for the fact that the full Ranji teams aren't in there this time around.

I think there is. Indian T20 Championship is IPL.
