I asked this in the 'questions about the game' thread and no one replied. Figured I would try again here... can anyone confirm if the grass on the PC version has been improved like it has on the PS4/Xbone versions? And are there any other differences between the PC version the next gen version?

No/not yet. Shadows and lighting effects are the other major difference which isn't on the PC build.
