edges on a dusty wicket

guys i was chasing 307 to win against the english in the caribbean on the 5th day of the 1st test. i got out with 6 edges, geniune to the keeper and slips. but when we bowl against the cpu we tend not to get these edges. like harmison bowled jus short of a length outside off stump and i played at them aggressively an the edges were found. however i dont think we get these same edges against the cpu. has anyone encountered such?

it was like the back straight drive and edges were peeling off. well i guess is jus chance an luck
