edges?

will any of u guys know which values to edit to increase cpu edges on any type of surface. another question........i havent seen any catches by the keeper of a spinner. have u guys noticed?

For every shot(or whichever shots u want),edit the EdgeModifier and EdgeModifier6 and EdgeProbe and EdgeProbe6 values and set them to higher values then they are currently.
Meanwhile keep the config values of EdgeDifficulty and EdgeAverage and all to the same values as stated in my 1st method.

For example:::
Initially the Cover drive def was like this:::

i.e. i changed EdgeModifier and EdgeModifier6 to 99 from 12.Caution::After setting these values u may get an edge almost at every ball.i.e whenever this shot is played.

The above two methods should work 80% of the times.Sometimes it happens that edges are not visible at all i.e u dont get any edges.So in that case,the best bet would be to re-install the game.I myself had this problem ,i re-installed the game and it worked fine.Remember to un-install and then perform a clean install i.e dont do "repair".

well the problem is not that edges do not happen.

its just that we do not get much edges(both cpu and human) on pitches other than green. like - dusty,etc.

Actually edges depend on the amount of seam and swing as well and as we all know that green pitch has the highest of both,we get more edges.So to get more edges on other pitch types,i think we can increase the seam and swing rating.This might work,but doesnt sound realistic.

And other thing,i have experienced more CPU edges on Normal level than on Hard level.This might sound obvious.

well pat thanks for the pm and the help with the edges. jus skittled bangladesh for 85 on hard and on a green top wicket. 7 of these were catches to gully, slip and keeper. great! (playin on hard)
