Eid Mubarak

Eid Mubarak to everyone. Sad to hear that NP, hope your dad is fine.

Enjoy Eid Mubarak everyone that is celebrating it :D

The festival itself is called Eid, the term Mubarak simply means "happy" or "blessed" in Arabic, so the term "Eid Mubarak" is only a greeting meaning "Happy/blessed Eid" (and Eid translates into "festivity").

Eid Mubarak to all too. We here celebrated Eid yesterday, however I can't say I wasn't disappointed about having to miss school to enjoy the celebration.

to Sid

After fasting for a whole month, like how we are doing now, the day after the last day of Ramadan is Eid. It depends on how long it lasts from. I could be from three to five days(depending on you). we get dressed up and go to our family and friends houses. Some people even take the day off from work. Also many people go to a convention center to get together. EID also comes around once or twice during the year after the big EID which is after Ramadan.

Great explanation and thanks, but i'm not SID ;)
