I gave the option of choosing any homeground during signups, remember? Now, why these two picked stadiums not in the home state is something only the managers can tell. Mabye both Pallekele and R.Premadasa are iconic Sri Lankan cricket stadiums and don't know if there are any decent grounds in Moratuwa and Jaffna.
